Meet Justin, Owner of JTI Construction
After more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the commercial construction industry, Justin decided it was time to take everything he’d learned working for others and build something of his own. That decision became JTI Construction LLC—a company founded on the belief that every project deserves to be done right the first time.
Justin is known for combining decades of technical skill with a laid-back, approachable style. He takes pride in clear communication, reliable timelines, and a strong commitment to his clients’ goals. For him, it’s not just about the build—it’s about creating spaces that work for businesses and relationships that last long after the project ends.
Outside of construction, Justin is married with two children and proud to call Kansas City home. His personal values of family, hard work, and honesty guide how he leads his team and serves every client.
